Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NexTag Gamer, available at nikhilka.com (the "Service"), operated by Nikolay Gilka ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Service is
NexTag Gamer is a browser-based tool that generates gaming nicknames. The core generator (Quick Nick) is free and unlimited. Two additional modes — Custom Nick (full control over genre, setting, role, and play style) and Invisible Nickname — are PRO features unlocked with a single one-time payment of $2.50 USD (see our Refund Policy).
2. No account required
The Service does not require you to register or provide a name, email, or password. Your device is recognized by a random, anonymous identifier stored in a browser cookie — see our Privacy Policy for details. Because there is no account, your PRO unlock is tied to that browser on that device. If you clear your cookies, switch browsers, or reinstall your OS, the Service currently has no way to automatically restore your PRO status — contact us (see §7) with your order details and we'll sort it out manually.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider, acting as merchant of record, who handles billing, applicable taxes, and receipts. We never see or store your card details. A PRO unlock is a single one-time purchase — it is not a recurring subscription.
4. Generated nicknames
Nicknames produced by the Service are generated algorithmically from word lists and combination rules; we do not claim ownership over the specific nicknames you generate or use elsewhere. We can't guarantee that a given nickname is unique, unused, or free of trademark conflicts on any particular game or platform — that's on you to check before adopting one.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to circumvent the PRO unlock (e.g. by tampering with local storage/cookies or reverse-engineering the payment flow) instead of purchasing it;
- use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service beyond normal interactive use;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (currently, at most $2.50).

8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
