Refund Policy

NexTag Gamer sells one product: a one-time PRO unlock for $2.50 USD, which unlocks the Custom Nick and Invisible Nickname modes on the device you purchased it from. It's not a subscription — you're charged once.

1. 14-day refund window

If you're not happy with the PRO unlock, or it doesn't work as described, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

2. How to request a refund

Either of these works:

• Reply to the payment receipt email you received at checkout and use the refund/support link in it — our payment provider (acting as merchant of record) can process the refund directly; or
• Email us at [email protected] with the email address or order ID from your receipt, and we'll request the refund on your behalf.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method and are typically visible within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. After 14 days

Requests made after the 14-day window are reviewed case by case — email us and explain the situation; we're a small operation and would rather sort things out than lose a customer over a technicality.

4. If PRO doesn't unlock after payment

This should happen automatically, but if you paid and PRO features are still shown as locked, this is a bug on our end, not a reason to be denied a refund — email us and we'll either fix the unlock or refund you, whichever you prefer.
